@americanair.bsky.social Do better! Cancelled Flight AA87 leaving London to Chicago. No instructions on how to rebook. Thanks to my persistence and Sean and Bronson’s help got rebooked. Most agents just said to call a number that didn’t work. Very disappointed with customer service.
