Raked the leaves, picked up the toys on the lawn, put away patio furniture, brought the seedlings in that were still growing, acquired kids' boots just in time for the storm!

Wore our respirators to my husband's family's Thanksgiving today. Ate in the car. We'll do the same for my family's Thankgiving.

We love Yotam's recipes- especially his breakfast ones. The avocado butter on toast with tomato salsa and roast portobello mushrooms with brioche and poached egg are our favorites. Yummy!

A parenting book I read recently- ScreamFree Parenting: The Revolutionary Approach to Raising Your Kids by Keeping Your Cool. Originally I checked it out because I was going through a challenging time with my daughter. I learned it's not about changing your kids, it's about changing yourself.

So cool! It's been fun sharing Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood with my kids. They are bummed we ran out of episodes to watch on Pluto.

I was helping my mom with Thanksgiving dinner last year and watched her try to pull a dish out of the oven without a potholder! I shut the door and found her one.

Driving only when necessary. Almost got clipped by another car as they were driving out of a parking lot on Halloween!

I wore a respirator the last time our family got sick. My husband and kids tested positive for strep throat- I didn't.

Awesome! My cosmos still has new blooms. Strawberries are also still producing, just a little slower. One of the sweetest strawberries I've ever had!

It destroyed me, but it was excellent!
