Can't stay in the country because you'll die (assault, disease, etc.). Can't leave by plane because you'll die (crash). Can't leave by boat because you'll die (disease). Maybe by car/foot, though you might get deported/sent right back. Maybe go comatose? Massive hospital bills, though.
