Enjoying the brief security that a "gayborhood" provided (before gentrification) would've been great, but racist white queers stopped that. White supremacy is always at the root of every problem, flaw, and set back I see in the Black community. I'll always Hate that more than any Black person.

Is meeting bigoted Black ppl with indifference the same as forcing community? Considering, white supremacy is what forces us to be physically in the same community as a lot of bigoted Black folks, that might be more of an external force than we think. We all deserve better than that.

As a Black trans man, I don't have the luxury of throwing away Black ppl. 95% of the community would be in the trash.
