ive recently gone through figuring out how air batteries work.
tldr usually o2 is dissolved into a solution not direct air.

got me thinking of alkali hydroxide batteries-
discharging them literally absorbs co2, and when charging the co2 could be concentrated/used easily. not sure on construction.
