and the error code points back to her firewall even though shes disabled all possible firewalls on our end AND whitelisted WinSCP on GoDaddy’s end.

It is an SFTP setup with explicit SSL encryption. She is returning an access denied error when she tries to log in to finalize publishing through WinSCP which has worked flawlessly up until this point.

I have applied for assistance and pretty much been approved but its not gonna come in time to keep my power on without extra $ coming in.
