Korean Backdash. It's movement tech in Tekken done by cancelling the dash animation early into a crouch, then back into another dash. Allows you to backdash faster than normal.

I make 2.5 my average/meh tier, then anything above or below is various degrees of like/dislike. It’s all fully subjective though. I judge differently based on era, genre, and what it’s trying to achieve. Really it comes down to vibes, and if you choose good movies the scale should reflect that.
