i do hope metaphor becomes a long-running IP actually, i think what we've all been truly missing is a good RPG series starting off with a young hero-king aligned protagonists with short blue hair that people can still argue over being the best of the series about 20 years and 16 installments later

in addition to "discomfort does not equal harm" I wish people also realized that sometimes (actually, most of the time) if there's something uncomfortable in a narrative, it's supposed to be uncomfortable. yes, even if its "romanticized", the author usually trusts you understand it's uncanny.
