Yesterday at the CA Academy of Sciences we met Terry, an engineer who helped design the lunar module engine for the Apollo program!! He indirectly helped save Apollo 13's crew, since they relied on that engine to get back to earth after the O2 tank explosion. Highlight of our trip so far, for sure!
