Honestly I don't recall it all perfectly so this may not be what you're looking for but Katana Zero had some unsettling parts to it that I recall being mostly colorful. I don't want to spoil it but it's a specific boss I'm thinking of that fits that vibe.

Greatsword feels amazing honestly. Love how manueverable it feels, performance is a little wack tho and having tried it on both PS5 and PC, seeing the polygon people and monsters was very jarring, hilarious but jarring.
