I have read that you cannot machine crochet and any crochet items sold are handmade by someone. Ridiculous as that price is, I can still hope that Prada paid someone a decent wage for that hat!?

Navia sock, my favourite. Järbo Raggi (soft), Istex Hosuband (very tough). Opal 6ply or 8ply. All the sock yarns from Novita (very sturdy). Have fun!

Es gibt seit ein paar Wochen auch ein zugelassenes Medikament, Ryjunea-Augentropfen, das der Augenarzt oder die Augenärztin zu Lasten der Kasse verordnen könnte.

Man sollte klären, ob diese Gläser nicht eine Krankenkassenleistung sein müssen. Sie sind ja inzwischen weit verbreitet. Im Moment sind die Kassen nicht verpflichtet, mehr als einen kleinen Betrag zu den Brillenkosten bei Kindern beizusteuern. Oder vielleicht ein Einzelfallantrag bei der Kasse?

There is a great table by Opal giving you all the numbers and measurements for all the sizes for 4, 6, and 8ply sock yarns. It is in German but probably self-explanatory. „So strickt man Socken mit Opal.“ also, try Ravelry for free patterns

There are great ophthalmic surgeons with huge hands ad well as ones with small ones. Having nimble fingers is a brain function not a matter of hand size. Who writes this silly stuff?

Have a look at Novita‘s free knitting patterns for Isoveli yarn, I‘ve done a Tundra cardigan and liked it. If you do Tunisian crochet, maybe a Sage cardigan by Toni Lipsey. It is free from the Hobbii website. I have not tried it yet.

Während Corona ist mal ein Journalist von der taz Spargel ernten gegangen und hat darüber eine schöne Reportage geschrieben. Mir ist vor allem noch in Erinnerung, dass das eine richtige Kunst sein muss, die man lernen muss.
