Double dip in the breading/binder.

Place on grill, spray tops with duck fat. Let go 15 minutes. Spray tops again, flip, spray new tops. Let go 15 and call it done.

Using the vortex here but have gotten similar results with the slow and sear.

Chicken was done in a real basic buttermilk brine for about 4 hours.
