We never really overcame any of that. They just rebrand it and use other means to harm and oppress people. Jim Crow laws after reconstruction. ICE kidnapping Native Americans. Those on reservations that had PO Boxes were denied the right to vote during 2020 elections because of Trump.

Listen, I’m just as enraged as you. I waffle back and forth a lot. We have to hold our noses sometimes, but we have to figure out a way to convince the pedo supporters that their asses will be on the chopping block too, soon enough. No one is safe from this kind of government

We’re well past that. Everything from here on out can only be done with force. Best way to do that and mitigate the violence is for a full on country wide strike. Unions have the best chance of pulling it off and know their laborers will suffer the most under Trump.

To that I’d point out why equitable education is so very important, but, again, you’d need people to understand how systemic racism works and how it affects poor white people too. This is why republicans are so averse to anyone understanding it and why they rail so hard against education.

Show them voting records against unions (which most members already know), Why right to work states fuck laborers, and Trump’s own record of fucking over contractors.

What would work is getting all union members across the country to stay home for one week. They can’t replace or fire them all and their reps could easily accomplish it. Railroad workers and nurses alone would bring this entire country down in 3 days time. It would also be much easier to organize

Reconstruction was working as it should well after Lincoln was dead. Jim Crow laws came about because Black people showed they were capable, and thriving. Rich men wanted free labor w/o competition. Black and poor white people have filled that gap and it will get worse now that immigrants are gone

It’s propaganda on a large scale for centuries. You wouldn’t have this level of hate, & constant boot licking of their oppressors, to harm the most vulnerable, if they weren’t indoctrinated on a societal level. This isn’t just their parents. It’s part of systemic racism and it works.
