doesnt matter - EU is highly corrupt anyway - when a vote fails they just do it by other means.
it happened exactly like that with loans to ukraine. it was denied by vote - so comission just did it without vote. easy. worse than china. worse than russia.

not only a backdoor, they want them to transmit EVERY communication to EU servers for "scanning purposes" ..

because the detection happens on the device and not on the providers. We've seen this happen in other jurisdictions like USA (but at least they kept it private until Snowden uncovered it)

This is not intolerant - it's just factual. I don't even judge about it. Just stating facts doesn't mean to be intolerant about them. Wow .. bluesky would just flag all doctors as intolerant when they state a medical fact ..

Well .. it's the doctors who decide what's medically necessary and what is not. If the insurance thinks the doctors were wrong, then the doctors should pay the bill - that would be an interesting fight then.
