I’m excited that the Haskins Society has moved to a hybrid conference. I’ve never been able to make it to one (and can’t attend this year‘s) but will be present virtually next year. I planned to submit an abstract for a paper for 2026 but, alas, missed the deadline.

I'll be briefly presenting in the New Research Forum tomorrow morning on my (relatively) recent dissertation turn towards the environment as a key component of early medieval landscape research around the firths.
