I definitely found much ramps easier than stairs during the many times I’ve had to be on crutches.

That’s why I had to stop sleeping on my stomach at all. But I slept like that without pain for a little over 2 decades. I still find it the most comfortable while sleeping, but definitely not after. It can also cause pain breast pain for those who have them.

I’m a stomach sleeper who has to sleep on my back and side due to the neck and back pain sleeping on my stomach was causing. It sucks because I fall asleep so much faster on my stomach. And it’s so much more comfortable (until the next day).

I’m an American who lived in Germany for a year in high school. I don’t think my host family ever bought toast other than when my mom sent me some peanut butter. My host mom teased me about that, saying it looked like baby poop. She wasn’t wrong 😆 The bread there was/is amazing.
