Finds Terrorgram, wants to become a “saint”.

Writes a manifesto, commits violence, suicide/death by cop.

Federally, yes. It’s protected by our First Amendment. At the state level, it depends.

Molly Conger did a great episode on her podcast about this. Folks from the Unite The Right rally in 2017 were charged with burning objects in an attempt to intimidate, but that was a different state.

This reminds me of how “woke” got turned into some faux-pejorative term by Conservatives like “PC” was in the early 2000’s. It does nothing but perpetuate the culture war they started.
