Has Russia not learnt anything from its past arrogant stupidity?
A very contagious strain of pneumonia has spread through China and is now impacting the USA and Europe: I can't find any acknowledgement of this new pandemic from our NZ health agencies. Do they not think the risk is serious enough to justify a comment?
