You don’t have to be old - I’m still in my 20s and for the first 4 years of my education section 28 was in force. Anyone over 30 likely missed out on LGBT+ PSHE because of it. I think it’s important to remember just how recently we had homophobic statutes on the books and how quickly we fall again.

Reminds me of Shamima Begum - children can’t drink until they’re 18, can’t give sexual consent until they’re 16, but a 15 year old running away from friends and family to become part of a terrorist insurgency in Syria does so completely independently, with no coercion or outside influence…

I almost like the fact it doesn’t fall down the trap of thinking a sequel’s reveals have to be in some way grander; the smaller things you get that recontextualise HZD’s lore - the Zeniths, Sobeck’s life, Vegas and all the bits of old world detail - all make the story feel even more rich in HFW

I almost like the fact it doesn’t fall down the trap of thinking a sequel’s reveals have to be in some way grander; the smaller things you get that recontextualise HZD’s lore - the Zeniths, Sobeck’s life, Vegas and all the bits of old world detail - all make the story feel even more rich in HFW

I haven’t played it but I’ve heard good things about the guns in Blood: Fresh Supply being as satisfying as OG Doom - you can get akimbo sawed-offs, but also make a hairspray flamethrower or kill someone with a voodoo doll
