The winner is 'Latino Harriet Tubman Situation' from One Battle After Another!
There was some heavy competition this year but watching them pull off such a long, elaborate sequence like this felt like what PTA's career had been leading up to. The beating heart of one of the best films of the year.

Having your 2+ hour horror be a set up to one gag is a bold movie but it pays off hard here. Watching the loathsome Aunt Gladys get chased around town by a horde of children is hilarious as it is satisfying.
