CW: Joy of Life S2, To My Shore, Sunshine by my Side, Destined, The Makanai, Uncanny Counter
On hold: Reset, Never Let Me Go
D14: A writer or director who caught your attention
Yoo Su-min of Weak Hero Class.
It is based on a webtoon, I heard S1 is only ~10 chapters there and completely different, so I read it. Yeah, he completely rewrote the story in a much better way.
D12: A platonic relationship you loved
Both are related to Park Ji-hoon, there is something in this boy that redirects his friendships to BL level.
Suho and Si-eun in #WeakHeroClass
and
Jun and Su-hyeon in #AtADistanceSpringIsGreen

Just like that, without me noticing it.
The first (seventh) match in S3 is between
Hades (ancient Greek god of the underworld)
and
Qin Shi Huang (first emperor who defeated the warring states and unified China)
Ah, someone will die though :(

D11: A drama that taught you something.
Instead of teaching it rather made me stop and think:
#SunshineByMySide
Especially the lady cast and their very feminine struggles: Bai Bai He, Zhu Zhu and Wang Lin.
(It's rare from me to post women, right? :D)

D10: Did you rewatch any dramas?
I often watch one and if I feel it's suitable for my mom, I'll rewatch it with her (Love to Hate You, Business Proposal).
But the ones I partly or wholly rewatched because I loved them was #TheFirstFrost and #WeakHeroClass

Hmm, I have too many actors in my mind and cannot choose only one... so...
Shah Rukh Khan - as he ages he uses his voice more as an instrument
Prabhas - his deep voice stands out from miles
Yoo Ah-in - similarly to SRK he acts with his voice too.

D8: Did you watch older dramas?
OF COURSE! Until I met you all here I only watched older dramas, I cannot wait days or weeks for the next ep anymore.
The oldest one was #AntiqueBakery #jdrama, but I checked the Korean movie adaptation too. So different :D
It always reminds me of Cartoon Saloon's work. It's an Irish animation studio who made The Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea, The Breadwinner, Wolfwalkers. And the background of U in Belle anime.

D8: Favorite secondary character
#JoyOfLife #cdrama has so many great supporting character, it is hard to choose only one. Probably the one that mesmerized me the most is Chen Ping Ping played by Wu Gang.
But I love Wang Qi Nian by Tian Yu as well.
D5: A drama you found visually/atmospherically beautiful
Hmm, maybe I watched too many cdrama and got used to it, I can't remember breathtakingly beautiful visuals.
However atmospherically #TheFirstFrost stood out for reflection, bluriness and warm tones.

Thank you for the people who interact with me 🥰 I don't want to highlight my top 3, but specials thanks to them.

15 minutes in and I labeled the ML, Fan Xiao as a psychopath 😂 This will be a hard watch for me.
Btw the actor on the right reminds me of Liu Yuning in many scenes, am I the only one?

D3: A new male performer in 2025 whose acting nuance impressed you
Bai Jingting in #TheFirstFrost and #Destined
and
Park Je-hoon in #WeakHeroClass and #AtADistanceSpringIsGreen

D1: Which country's dramas have you watched the most in 2025?
Korea.
But I resumed watching cdramas and was introduced to tdramas and twdramas too, although only BLs from the these. And jdramas 🥰, of course.
To be honest at this moment I don't enjoy kdramas much
Revenged Love - not my type of cake, sadly
Joy of Life - steady
Sunshine by My Side -makes me stop and think about life, universe and everything
Spirit Fingers - started very well, but then... Probably i should skip kdrama for a while
