I finished my all of my 3 slots with Chloe including outlaw movement path. I can confirm that now if we romance Chloe, we won’t get the protest scene as we will spend the time with her.

I have a slot where Carter not doing well & didn’t see the protest. I believe it tie with Chloe that her scenes override that. Btw, if you don’t romance Chloe, does Jaynie show up to support her in court?
