Now that is an interesting concept... and also the first time I have seen someone ship Pomni with Kinger lol

Bad Black is such a fascinating film. Starts with the petal to the metal when Ugandan Schwarzenegger robs a bank, and deviates to an entirely different plot about the rise of the titular character, before it all comes crashing down for her. Finally, it ties her story to that of Schwarz.

There is also a lot of fascinating and terrible details to dig into with regards to things like the accusations of biological warfare, the indiscriminate bombings of North Korea, the dam strikes of 1952/53 and the Shanggangling Campaign, all of which are virtually unknown to most people

Just read "Truce Tent and Fighting Front" by Walter G Hermes to give yourself one of the most nailbitting accounts on the Korean War at Koje-do Camp. It is genuinely an underrated part of the war and something that more Americans should know about.

Well, yes-and-no. Sure, there might not be a lot of action on the field, but there is still aerial fights, guerilla activity, and the most fascinating of them all has to be what is going on in the POW camps.

Far from it, it arguably proves how it took the efforts of the Korean people to shackle off the regimes that the west endorsed, regimes that were brutal and violent, and how the Korean people's efforts were ultimately not in vain and brought about the current economic miracle

His analysis of just about every part of the war is genuinely fascinating. I love that we get more details beyond just the first year of the war, which tends to be the only years that gets covered in must other media and popular sources of this war

Also, it is nice to get a chance to talk to someone that has become a fan of Kubo. There aren't a lot of us out there

You can get started with the new manga that Nene Yukimori (the author and creator of Kubo) is currently working on. It is called Osananananajimi

By his own admission, he has seen the entire show, and he actually watched the seventh episode on the same day that it premired on YouTube, so it is safe to say that he enjoys the series. Hopefully he does at least talk about it on his main channel

Now there is a TADC ship I had never heard of before. I think you are the first person I have seen that ships Caine and Gangle.

What are your thoughts on the rest of the main cast (Pomni, Ragatha, Zooble)?
December 19, 2025 at 6:30 PM
I feel convinced that Jax genuinely was deflecting the responsibility of his actions towards Caine. It sure doesn't help that Caine did admit that he can control other's minds and panicked when Kinger brought up the first abstraction.

The guesture is appreciated Daffy, but perhaps do not put bombs in the cake...
