I am watching the Danish Netflix series Borgen. It's about oil being discovered in Greenland and the fear of Chinese and Russian involvement. I think someone working for Trump put this idea of taking them over in his head. Thanks Stephen Miller.

Trump's plan (in reality Rubio's) is to cut off oil to Cuba, and then cause a revolt in the country aided by the US. That has been the plan from the beginning.
