Wow this sucks. Read the article and it reads as just a huge projection of values and insecurities feeling attacked cause the hero was hurt and wasn’t all about that Krypton life.
Even after acknowledging shit changes between story tellers and he’s lost before they it’s all they care about.

I must say the supposed reverence for the Reeves movies was a surprise for me. I don’t actively hate them but I never witnessed anyone talk or care about them like Red does. I asked my friends and collectively got a shrug or barely knew them
