With the House, Senate, and Supreme Court all holding republican majorities, there really is no excuse for breaking the law to enact new policies. The legal way is much slower.

With the House, Senate, and Supreme Court all holding republican majorities, there really is no excuse for breaking the law to enact new policies. The legal way is much slower.
