Exactly. This qualifies for the use of deadly physical force against the kidnappers. Shoot them in the heads, do not aim for the bodies as they are wearing Kevlar.

We need to be more aggressive with this behavior. We can’t just let them take people. We absolutely need to start fighting back. Carry baseball bats, carry guns, whatever it takes.

This is absolutely horrifying. If anyone sees this happening, throw a bag over them, zip tie them, and throw them in the van drive them out somewhere remote and leave them on the side of the road to fend for themselves.
