Not for the first time- through the very successful Ross Braun era 1997-2006 they maintained a design & development department in the UK (In or near Guildford I think.) Their key designer Rory Byrne was based in UK and then Thailand...

Now we know who to blame. Ref Mystical African Culture-I spent years in the 60s & 70s producing music in Nigeria, Ghana, Mali & Angola & our recordings of Gambian Griot spoken word history formed the basis of Alex Hayley's acclaimed Roots series...so sadly your claim is wafflewafflewaffle.
