Having our best scrummaging tight head lock injured doesn't help and our next best getting rightly sent off didn't either. We have nowhere near the front row depth and 2nd row depth of south africa.

I thought it came from 2 really shot penalties. One hand on ball in the maul and then offside penalty.

Not so sure. Think you will lose too much of his ball carrying if he moves to 7. Remembering sean o brien was far more effective as a ball carrier from 6 then 7.

Agreed. The trust the process a little more then we do. Trust the player on the ball to execute and yourself to make the catch pass. That said you need to make the yards forward which we did with quick ball. But felt nz were overfolding and there was easy yards back inside especially around the ruck

Not sure about that to be honest. They have a few game changers as always. so look more than sum of their parts.

We have to work harder for tries in th backs vs most teams as we dont have sprinters pace. We do have skill though but that depends on fitness more so than pace. Our fitness was lacking in final 20. But we should have been well ahead by then. Utterly disappointed that we lost to an average bnz team

That should have been straight red. I thought the tmo should have looked at incident at end of half. Looked like a penalty and possibly another card

Seeing the problem for sure. Certain positions you can cope. But tadgh for example can thrive at 2nd row but not at 6 which requires more legs. Arg nz and aus seem to be building towards wc. We are regressing at alarming rate
