90 people came to our Canons Park Picnic as part of #LondonCyclingFestival organised by @londoncycling.bsky.social and @harrowcyclehub.bsky.social with 17 @britishcycling.org.uk leaders bringing rides from #Harrow, #Brent and #Hillingdon. Thanks to the Friends of Canons Park and all #volunteers!

We learned from meeting stroke survivors after their 12-week rehab programme. Cycling, two-wheeler or with adapted cycles can be really beneficial. Here’s our volunteer Kevin coaching a survivor. Looking forward to offering a taster session soon, maybe a scheme. #nhs #harrow @lwhcharity.bsky.social
