The main part of preparation is provide the meat with a relaxing experience to give it as lil stress as possible. By the time you butcher she should be in complete happy bliss.

I prefer dry brushing most of my schemes since it's pretty efficient and helps manage alot of shadows and lighting without having to get too into it

Elve meat are actually more closer to salmon than you may think, very fine stripes of meat that Imo go great with food you can portion out like Sushi.
