Alright @denver-broncos.bsky.social it's time to add some offensive help. Evan Engram, Juwan Johnson, Rico Dowdle, JK Dobbins all would be nice. Honestly Johnson and Engram both would be nice, but you only need one RB in FA, cuz you're almost certainly gonna add one from the draft.

Denver only had 8 steals against Cleveland vs 13 against the Jazz. If the defense can be good enough Denver doesn't have to be as good beyond the arc. But idk you, I don't trust that defense that has a 115 defensive rating do you?

Oh I forgot to add, the Nuggets in the last 3 games averaged 24.3 fast break points. Take those points off against bad offenses and it's fair to say they don't score 130 points. They average 19.5 and expect that to be lower against efficient offenses.

In games against better shooting teams like OKC or Cleveland Denver is gonna get washed out. They need shooting if they want to win a championship. Offense has been good. Not great. I don't care how many points they scored against trash teams. It's true. The numbers back it up.

For example. OKC is shooting 34% from 3 hey Denver has a better shooting percentage! Sure. But here's the important part. OKC has shot 1248 3 this season. At 34.1% that's 430.56 3s. Denver has only shot 374.904.

The Denver Nuggets have shot 984 3s this year and are making 38.1% of them. That sounds great huh? Until you remember jokic is shooting basically 50% from 3. And take into consideration they have the lowest amount of 3 points attempts in the league.
