Most loaves were OK, but the one I cut here was the flattest. Still a super tasty bread just not as high as I would like. The nice thing about bread, even when you have a “fail” it is still delicious!

Super Seedy Sourdough! I bake a lot of bread, and have an idea on what needs to be done at the different stages, but for this bake I was busy with work and let the dough overproofed by a couple of hours. I decide to shape, overnight proof and bake as usual.
