I had a nostalgic weekend.
Part 2: On Sunday afternoon, I was in Iceland and saw two relics of a bygone era. Through the window I saw a gorgeous green old Routemaster. I also saw a man, shopping, openly smoking a cigarette like it was pre 2007. Pre 2007 when it was legal AND socially acceptable!

Ten years ago I worked and volunteered at a beautiful local nature reserve (very urban.) When these phenological spotter sheets come up on my time line I feel a mix of emotions.
Imust try and get my lazy, cold phobic bum outside sometime, explore, linger and record what biodiversity is out there.
