What makes me even more angry is how many journalists continue to prop him up, they did it during the election, they're still doing it. They're not being open about his health condition or his actions despite him supporting the murder of a journalist.

That's my understanding too. That if the president wants them released they can be released. It doesn't need a vote.

As I understand it, but this is from reading other people so keep that in mind, if the president wants them released they can be released. They don't even have to go to a vote. I'm still trying to find a solid source on that though.

I was thinking about this today. When I was a kid I would go to the library to the same section and get the same books and be happy as could be. There's something fun about revisiting characters you love and reliving the story. It's hard when your TBR is huge but when it's a guaranteed good story?

It's definitely not a stretch to think somebody is going to speak kindly of the men who raped and abused her when she knows they are capable of murdering anybody who says otherwise.

The only reason they state is to protect the victims. But you protect the victims by outing the people that harm them and allowing justice to occur. Not by protecting the perpetrators. But of course we know they're lying about that reason anyway. We know who they're protecting.

I had my stuff all ready to go but ended up with a pet emergency all night so I haven't slept. I'm here to remind everybody that those huge crowds that showed up, there's even more of us that couldn't make it for various reasons but we feel the same way and we're ready! Thank you for being there!

I had plans to be there but ended up being up all night at the emergency vet. So proud of my city for showing up! Sorry I didn't make it but I am a reminder that those huge crowds are a representation of all of us that feel the same way but couldn't make it because we had work, emergencies, etc.
