Questions like: Is receipt of the email alone sufficient to indicate eligibility? Is replying to the email a legally binding contract? If so and I (or my lawyer) have questions whom should I contact? What exactly are the terms and conditions if this is a contract?

Agree! Our library has an enormous collection via Libby and it's so convenient so checkout and return ebooks. I probably go through at least one book a week from the library.

Do you have a verified source? I can't find any news articles that match up - only a report of a Veteran detained in NJ during a workplace raid. We should be careful not to spread false rumors.

Let's go back and ask what is the purpose of "notes". I use them to remind myself what's going on, my thoughts, and my plans. They were never designed for insurance or the patients to read. They are for communicating between providers. How can we return to that?

I would love to see this embraced as well as your overall concept which is what works for print may not work well for presentations and vice versa. Would be great for authors and publishers to consider this but it's also a burden for authors to prepare two perspectives on same data
