Mijn Haagse oud-collega Klaas Kofferman leerde als straatpastor dakloze mensen zonder verblijfsvergunning, die straks dus strafbaar kunnen zijn, persoonlijk kennen. En stelt ons eentje ervan in deze lezersbrief in @trouw.nl voor. Wie legt het aan hem uit?
