I think that’s why I can’t roll my r’s. I did watch the video and tried and came as close as I ever have. I’ll practice like they say and see if anyone comes of it. I feel like my tongue is not free enough to trill. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My dentist gave me a referral to a place who does laser lingual frenectomies and it’s something I am considering.

Wild. I guess my great grandmother caught mine when I was a few months old and they got it clipped (lingual frenectomy). They didn’t clip it enough though because I can’t stick my tongue out that far, and can barely reach the roof of my mouth with the tip of my tongue and it’s painful.

Any other details?

I can’t either. Curious, were you born tongue tied? I was and they didn’t cut my lingual frenulum enough…
