My issue with the content is that the risk analysis is written with the protection of the healthcare worker as the goal and not the protection of the patient. So the first paragraph of this section seems problematic.

Did it really? Or did it just enlighten researchers and a small group of people like me who still give a shit about vulnerable members of society? Because it very much did not change the minds of public health or government decision makers. They're still happily stuck in 2019.

Not good enough. It doesn't address the fact that low income households are currently receiving thousands $$ every year in carbon rebates in their bank accounts. His solution is to make EVs, appliances and home insulation cheaper?? Guess who doesn't buy those things? Low income households.

Aside from a bit of oversampling of GenZ and French the methodology looks pretty good. Sample size was fairly large.
