Can you tell us how the Dems plan to respond to Trump beyond “hey, that’s bad, you can’t do that.” and then going about their day? I have not heard a plan of action from the Democrats.

This poor woman. This country is brutal and it’s infuriating because it doesn’t need to be. We could have a system with a real safety net that didn’t drive people to hopelessness and despair. But, of course, that’s how it’s been intentionally designed. It runs as intended for the ruling class.

I almost feel like the Gaetz nomination is a loyalty test to see just how far Republican senators are willing to go. And by flooding the zone with horrible picks it makes some of them look less horrible by comparison.
