A few weeks ago we visited The Botanist Bar & Restaurant on the roof of Bobby's in what could end up having been my final out trip of the flat. Couldn't eat there but did have some 'normal' lunch back down in the square which was fine. The Botanist itself though was lovely, so pretty and relaxing 😍

This was so nearly the closest match to 2025's photo date back in 2015. I'd have much preferred this one to have cinched it - especially as I'm still doing this regularly to keep myself entertained 🫢

A lovely old man treat from the NHS as I can barely get up off the toilet anymore. Not a fan - especially as the combo of a low toilet and a 6ft2" tall dude with long arms using this tall device seems illogical, but they disagree.
I can confirm this is indeed not a particularly logical combination.

When your liver is almost entirely consumed by a tumour your skin turns yellow, particularly the head area. Your eyes turn an even darker yellow too, leaving you looking like that weird little thing from Sin City. Doesn't make you act like him, although I do - but I've always been that way.

This is where I'm going to die. Before visiting today I no idea that since Brexit/Covid so much funding had been pulled from places like this, probably so it could be funnelled into the Tories mates ripoff PPE funds etc at the time or to get Boris a new garage of cars. Garden is still nice at least.

Took a lot of effort and work but managed to get out to have a lovely ice cream and to the pier to relax. Then my hearing stopped working in my right ear which is very uncomfortable and disorienting, then my legs gave way - I fell over hard and really struggled to make it home. Fucking FUCK cancer.

Very sad news regarding Feast Ice Creams, Walls have done something to the ingredients and they now taste shit. Sorry to be the one to report this.

Escaped from a particularly stressful Poole Hospital to the nearby particularly relaxing park. It was nice to be outside (rare for me) with a heavenly breeze, perfected by the twat in the third picture doing exactly what twats with footballs near large areas of water tend to end up having to do.

I reckon Sarah Levy secretly wishes she had the same awesome eyebrows as her dad and brother. Yeah maybe they don't suit a feminine face so much, but while they're both using their natural features to fly about and she's stuck being a landlubber a little bit of jealously must occasionally creep in.

I rarely manage to go outside but managed 15 minutes yesterday. Usually anything I upload of myself I keep to B&W as my skin is yellow from jaundice and burnt from chemo so pretty unpleasant looking but it was so sunny and bright I thought I'd keep the colour this time. No idea why I look American 🤢
