I agree that is likely. It is frustrating that he bragged about giving money for teacher raises, when the truth is that he's been the worst county executive for school funding for at least the lifetime of all the students.

But will he provide increased funding to operate the security systems? For the additional personnel needed to monitor them? To cover the school system's increasing costs in general? The superintendent has already announced that 145 positions are being cut, with more expected.
