His lawyer and the prosecutor requested that a plea bargain hearing date be set for March 5th to allow both sides to negotiate the terms.

Finally the letter states that when a provider of cloud storage services suspended Walden’s storage account to block CSAM, Walden opened four different accounts (using different email addresses) in quick succession to evade the provider’s efforts to block such content.

The letter further alleges that they've identified a total of 11 minor female victims ranging in age from 14 to 17 whom Walden contacted via social media and paid to produce CSAM between 2020 and 2024.

Next the letter alleges that Walden paid two minors aged 16 and 17 for custom CSAM in which he allegedly gave specific directions for what should be done, as well as requesting that they call him "daddy."

The content allegedly included 500 CSAM images and 5000 CSAM videos depicting rape, bestiality, and the abuse of toddler-age children. In total the letter alleges that over 20,000 CSAM files were found on Walden's devices and accounts.

Then the letter alleges that Walden paid a CSAM distributor for two packages of CSAM images and videos including content described as “4-19, FAMILY, SOLO, RAPE, MIXED."

Firstly the prosecutor reiterates the allegation from Walden's bail violation hearing that he attempted to pay a woman to come over to his house for sex while he was on house arrest.

The US Attorney has filed a letter requesting that Jacob Walden's bail be revoked and he be remanded to jail pending trial. Walden was previously indicted in relation to allegations that he paid a distributor for (CSAM) and paid two minors to produce custom CSAM of themselves for him.
