They get it. I volunteered at the Greyhound station in San Antonio assisting migrants for years. Employees there could only do so much and we filled in the gaps by explaining tickets and routes, offering water and food, etc. Very symbiotic relationship.

Just figured out this week to search with "-site:amazon.com" and I feel a little freer.
