For this one, I was practicing the wet-on-wet technique of pulling. So thicker paint dabbed in the center and then just water for painting out the petals and just barely touching the paint to allow the bleeding to color the water petal.

I tape it down with painters tape and only take the tape off after everything is dry. Love my acrylic markers and colored pencils as well though 🥰.
