Oh lawd. Im grateful my local one understands the visual novel stuff and always asks me which one I'm gunning for. Youre better than me though cause I would've just walked out and say I'm ordering elsewhere after that.

Yeah, seems like the tests are more to get you INTO the interview, but the interview is where they can tell your Japanese level anyways.

From what I understand... you don't really need above N4 depending on what you plan on working in. N3+ is "desirable" but in the end the interview will determine whether or not they hire, not the score
