Need to do more lunging in the tack so trot isn’t so scary, more movement in the tack at the halt and walk instead of getting rigid and nervous, and of course get a saddle that fits.

Feeling ok just a little sorry for myself

He calmed down quickly and let me lean over the saddle on both sides after. Didn’t get back on though. Then we had some casual connection time Like Nothing Happened

Going forward under saddle makes him nervous so when he spooked and scooted forward, the saddle sliding around (it doesn’t fit, that’s on me) scared him more and he took off. The fence broke my fall
