Oldest made my day today. He came home from first day back at school with Reese’s peanut butter chips. One of his mates went to the states over summer and the chips were his bring back request. He needed them make my favorite cookies. We ran out of chips over summer . Guess he does care !

For Xmas a few years ago a coworker at Oracle made everyone on our team a fancy pen. - I get so excited to use it the 5 times a year I write. Until I write and feel disgusted with myself for making the pen less gorgeous by forcing it to create the anti art that is my horrid hand writing.

Thought penny was knocked up with belly pains and morning. Sickness. Turns out she had bad UTI - she ended up spending the night at UCD Vet on IV meds.

Trying sound bar mounted under the desk for a bit as it took up loads of space on top of the desk. So far not horrible.
