You can get a larger sample size in years. That’s the point. The pandemic took up a large percentage of that time span so the numbers are not indicative of the norm. It’d be more a more accurate representation with a longer time frame. I am amazed at people with a narrow mind.

Over 800k deaths from an unjust war only goes to show how crazy Putin is and how little he actually cares about his, or anyone else’s, citizens.

Is this atypical as a result of the Covid epidemic? I would think a larger sample size would be needed to really get an idea about trends if that’s what you are looking for. There’d also be a huge jump from 1935 - 1945 I’d think, as an example.
