I think the guy who actually makes the decision about the job is back from vacation but Thanksgiving is coming up so I'm trying to be patient. It's not going well.

Thinking about this because I had to confess to my boss today that I forgot some aspect of my job a couple months ago. Which has been happening a lot recently but at least this time I caught it! That should count for something imo

Been coding in C for a class this semester. It's annoying.

I've been building this up in my head but now I think I had the wrong impression of this work culture and I'm going to embarrass myself and waste my day and a bunch of money.

I'm planning on taking at least a semester off. Maybe a year. so hopefully that will give me time to catch up. on money and on executive function.
